Shvatam \u2013 niko ne \u017eeli da bude prepoznat kao \u0161ef koji lebdi nad ljudima i govori im \u0161ta da rade sve vreme. Me\u0111utim, primetio sam da neki klijenti koji o\u010dajni\u010dki ne \u017eele da budu mikromenad\u017eeri \u010desto pre\u0111u u drugu krajnost, te se u potpunosti odreknu svojih rukovode\u0107ih odgovornosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa, kako takvo odricanje od odgovornosti, koje bismo mogli da ozna\u010dimo kao manjak supervizije, frustrira? Pogledajmo jedan uobi\u010dajeni primer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manjak supervizije je naj\u0161tetniji kada rukovodilac prenosi zadatak na zaposlenog uz re\u010di \u201cZnam da \u0107e biti dobro. Samo me obavestite kada zavr\u0161ite.\u201d U tom slu\u010daju, zaposleni najverovatnije ne\u0107e biti sposoban da izvr\u0161i zadatak za koji nije bio obu\u010den.
